President Bola Tinubu has expressed deep sorrow over the death of Senator Ifeanyi Ubah, who represented Anambra South Senatorial District in the National Assembly. Known for his contributions as a businessman and politician, Ubah passed away in a London hotel on Saturday at the age of 52.
Ubah was the Chief Executive Officer of Capital Oil and a prominent member of the All Progressives Congress (APC). His sudden demise has left a significant void in both the business and political landscapes of Nigeria.
In an official statement released by his spokesperson, Ajuri Ngelale, President Tinubu extended his heartfelt condolences to Ubah’s family, friends, and colleagues. He also sympathized with the National Assembly, the government, and the people of Anambra State during this difficult time.
“The President prays for the peaceful repose of Senator Ubah’s soul and for strength and comfort to his grieving family,” the statement read.
