The member representing Mbaitoli/Ikeduru (Mba-Ike) Federal Constituency of Imo State in the House of Representatives, Hon. Engr. Akarachi Amadi, has given kudos to Imo State Governor and Coordinator of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in the South-East Zone, Senator Hope Uzodimma, for the successful hosting of the South-East APC executive and stakeholders meeting in Owerri.
Speaking to journalists shortly after the stakeholders meeting, Hon. Amadi stated that Governor Uzodimma was able to entertain and host what he described as the largest gathering of people in the South-East in recent times for deliberations on the overall well-being of the zone, just a few months after being inaugurated for a second term in office. He stated that the discussions at the critical South-East APC meeting focused on the geopolitical zone’s future and plans for full integration into Nigeria’s mainstream politics as well as quick economic growth.
Amadi, who congratulated Uzodimma on becoming the APC’s South-East Coordinator, characterised the Imo State Governor as a visionary with the political will to propel Imo State and the South-East to new heights.

Hon. Amadi also praised the ruling APC’s Imo State Chairman, Chief Dr. MacDonald Ebere, for his tireless efforts as co-host of the South-East APC stakeholders gathering to ensure that the forum was a success.
