On Thursday, the Naira fell to N1,490 per dollar in the parallel market, compared to N1,470 per dollar the previous Friday.
In a similar trend, the Naira’s value also dropped in the Nigerian Autonomous Foreign Exchange Market (NAFEM), reaching N1,483.02 per dollar. This represents a slight decline from N1,482.72 per dollar recorded last weekend, as reported by data from FMDQ.
This shift has reduced the gap between the parallel market and NAFEM rates to N6.98 per dollar, down from N12.72 per dollar last weekend.
