First Bank Announces Olusegun Alebiosu as Acting CEO Following Resignation of Adesola Adeduntan

First Bank Plc has announced the appointment of Olusegun Alebiosu as the acting chief executive officer (CEO) of the bank, following the resignation of former CEO Adesola Adeduntan.

The board of directors made the announcement in Abuja on Monday, stating that Alebiosu, who previously served as an executive director and chief risk officer, would assume the role immediately pending approval from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).

With over three decades of banking experience, Alebiosu played a pivotal role in the transformation of First Bank over the past eight years. As an integral member of the leadership team, he is well-positioned to drive the bank’s strategic objectives forward.

His appointment underscores First Bank’s commitment to continuity and stability amidst leadership transitions.
