At least ninety-seven people are on the Defence Headquarters’ list of sought people.
Among those wanted are insurgents and terrorists who are responsible for the terrible acts that have occurred throughout the nation.
They also include Simon Ekpa, the divisive leader of the outlawed Indigenous People of Biafra.
The identities and images of the individuals who expressed their desire to serve as our correspondent on Friday were verified by Maj. Gen. Edward Buba, Director of Defence Media Operations.
The military high command intended to issue a wanted list for certain terrorists.
This time, there was no bounty placed on the 97 people who were declared wanted, in contrast to November 2022, when the military declared no fewer than 19 bandit leaders wanted and offered a N5 million reward to anyone in Nigeria who could provide information that could result in their capture.
