Nnamdi Kanu’s attorney, Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor, has filed a ₦50 billion lawsuit against Dike Vincent, the President-General of the Oraifite Improvement Union (OIU), for defamatory publications. The lawsuit was brought before the Federal Capital Territory High Court in Abuja.
Recently, Ejiofor had claimed that a businessman named Emeka Offor had paid Dike and a few other people to set up a press conference in an attempt to damage his character and image.
Chinwe Umeche, Esq., Head of Chambers/Managing Partner in the chambers of I.C. Ejiofor (Ugochinyere Chambers), signed the suit with the file number CV/1224/24 between Sir Ifeanyi Ejiofor, Esq. and Mr. Vincent Dike.
Vincent Dike is being ordered by Ejiofor to publish a clear, concise, and unconditional apology in at least three national newspapers or dailies that are distributed both domestically and internationally.
