Anambra APC Hold Mega Rally, Colloquium, Empowerment

 

 

Today, in Nnewi, Anambra State, there will be a massive gathering organized by the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Dr. Ifeanyi Ubah, the senator representing Anambra South.

President Bola Tinubu, the National Chairman of the party, Alhaji Abdullahi Ganduje, and the Governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodinma, are expected to attend the massive gathering.

 

The purpose of Ubah and his party, the APC, is to raise awareness among party members, Anambra South residents, and Igbo people.

 

The governor of Ebonyi State, Francis Nwifuru, as well as senators and members of the House of Representatives are anticipated to attend the demonstration, which is scheduled to take place at the Ifeanyi Ubah International Stadium in Nnewi.

 

A colloquium was organized earlier on Friday at the Anaedo Hall in Nnewi by Ubah and the APC.

 

Senator Hope Uzodinma, the National Chairman of the APC, presided over the colloquium.

Dr. Nkem Okeke, Prof. Victor Uka Ogor, and Prof. Nick Eze were the three panelists at the function.

 

Prof. Charles Esimone, vice-chancellor of Nnamdi Azikiwe University in Awka, gave the colloquium talk, which was titled “De-Marginalization of the Southeast and Intégration to National Politics.”

Esimone stated unequivocally that Igbo people were underrepresented in Nigerian politics and that, given the opportunity, Igbo people might accomplish the same goals as Barack Obama in the US.

 

Igbo should realign within the nation, he stated, in order to reach the promised land.

 

He went on to say that in order to stop being marginalized, Igbo people need integrate into national politics by forming a significant and respectable political party at the federal level.

 

Esimone expressed gratitude to Uzodinma and Ubah for their efforts to address the issue of insecurity in the region.
